What is Reiki (Energetics) and Mindful Movement?


Complementing mindful movement sessions, Reiki is a non-invasive, ancient Japanese practice that promotes relaxation, stress reduction and well-being through gentle touch or hovering of hands over the body. Reiki helps individuals release tension, quiet the mind, and tap into their body's natural healing abilities.


Many individuals report feeling calmer, more centred, and less stressed after Reiki sessions. In a corporate setting, Reiki offers a unique opportunity for employees to unwind, recharge, and enhance their overall resilience in the face of daily challenges.


The Mindful Movement component is a blend of Yin & Hatha yoga.


Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for an extended period (usually 3-5 minutes or more) to target the deeper connective tissues of the body. It's a meditative practice that enhances flexibility, releases tension, and cultivates a sense of calmness and introspection.


Hatha yoga encompasses physical postures paired with breath control to balance the body and mind. It's a gentle yet powerful practice that improves strength, flexibility, and overall well-being while promoting relaxation and stress relief.
