Reiki has been a part of my life since 2002, and it has made such a positive difference in so many ways.

After spending over 20 years in the corporate world, I've seen firsthand the daily stresses and pressures that can take a toll on our health over time.

Having dealt with chronic stress and anxiety myself, I understand the importance of self-care and taking proactive steps to address it. Starting the healing process is crucial for optimal functioning.

Supporting healing and promoting relaxation in both body and mind is my calling—it's what I'm truly passionate about!

With my compassionate and empathetic nature, I can connect with you on a deeper level, providing the support you need.
